My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, but I did find some stray hairs in the bathroom and corners which was off-putting. The service was friendly and helpful most of the time, but there was a bit of an issue with understanding our situation regarding a child's condition. The location was fantastic, close to the subway station and plenty of convenient stores and restaurants, although the nightlife hustle was a bit much. The dining options were somewhat limited and repetitive, but the homemade pies and jams were a nice touch.
